is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Gilbert Albert Community Center. she is an advocate of DEI in the workplace, along the way, she has discovered that this journey is a path that involves the willingness of others to reach out to one another and she is inspired to do the same.
Ms. Joly serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and is the Director of Donor Relations for Innovative Learning Concepts (ILC). She is currently an Executive Office Administrator at Manulife Investment Management with experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and office administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Organizational Leadership.
Ms. Joly has worked and volunteered with other nonprofit organizations benefiting the Haitian community. Ms. Joly is a former vacation bible schoolteacher and a current life group leader at International Family Church located in Reading MA. She is on the leadership team at Manulife for VIBE US (Valuing the Inclusion of Black Experiences) for Member Engagement and Events Strategy. Originally from Haiti, she is passionate about helping others navigate life and gain a better understanding of the American culture/language.
